30-day returns. Free return shipping within the US.

Return Window

We accept returns on all items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

• Item must be unworn and unwashed
• Original tags must be attached
• Item in original packaging (if available)
• No customer-caused damage
• Final sale items are not eligible

How to Return

• Email hello@nordveil.com with your order number and items to return
• Within 24 hours, we'll send a prepaid UPS return label (US returns)
• Pack the item and drop off at any UPS location
• Refund processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the return

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size or color, return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

Email hello@nordveil.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

International Returns

Free return shipping applies to orders delivered within the United States only. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are not refunded. Defective or damaged items are always returned at our cost (see above).
